     Qualifications of Personnel

Our personnel are experienced in the billing and recovery of self pay, insurance, and government-guaranteed accounts of all types.  Our typical Account Manager is multi-lingual; college educated, and has a working knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system.  They are uniquely able to locate and deal with a patient in their native language, speak knowledgeably concerning healthcare accounts, and overcome any obstacles to payment.  OVAG’s office hours vary widely to facilitate contact with patients around the world.  Account Manager’s work queues are kept intentionally small, at approximately 250 accounts, assuring timely and consistent follow up with patients.
